Chicago’s Roscoe Village Neighborhood begins on the Western end of Lakeview and is just South of North Center. Roscoe Village is a very residential neighborhood with most of its restaurants and shops located on Roscoe Street between Damen Ave and Western Ave.
Roscoe Village real estate primarily consists of 2-Flats, 3-Flats and single family homes. Roscoe Village has been steadily growing in popularity but has remained a “quiet” neighborhood with an almost suburban feel. Roscoe Street contains many restaurants, small businesses, brunch spots, coffee shops, Irish pubs, German restaurants and children’s boutiques. In the Summer months Roscoe Village hosts a number of live music and entertainment events, as well as outdoor festivals such as Ribfest and Retro on Roscoe.
