Renting at 130 N Garland Highrise Condo Building
Some highrise condo buildings have monthly rental parking available, but this is not the norm. Parking is usually obtained through the unit owner rather than the building. If the unit owner has a deeded parking space they might include it in the monthly rental price or ask for an additional fee for parking.
Move-in fees and deposits are typically paid by the tenant. "Deposits" are usually refundable and "Fees" are usually non-refundable. Both items are established and collected by the Condo Association and are non-avoidable.
It is customary for everything included in the owner's monthly assessment to be passed along to the tenant as part of the monthly rent. Most monthly utilities that are paid separately by the owner will also be paid separately by the tenant. Tenants should not be required to pay monthly HOA dues or property taxes.
In private condo rentals tenants are expected to abide by the same Condo Rules and Regulations imposed upon owner-occupants. Tenants typically have access to all building amenities while residing in the building.
